2^nd Chance is a 3 month Program for women seeking to transition to a phase of work/life
that better meets their priorities, expectations and aspirations.

Restarting work after a significant break or changing tracks mid-career puts you at a crossroad that requires you to make professional and personal choices which impact your life in various ways. 2^nd Chance is a transformational Program which goes deeper into what matters to you and what works for you - and acknowledges that your choices must focus on both - your work and your life context.

A Program that helps you achieve Balance, align your Approach, assess Realities, and finally make Appropriate Choices to take your next steps in reaching your professional and personal Goals.

Application and Preliminary Assessment
2 Day Intensive Workshop (in a small group)
Post Workshop Review 1 *
Post Workshop Review 2 *
Preferred access to Fleximoms resources & networks
Access to Fleximoms Corporate Workflex Programs (for flexible / full time job opportunities)
Membership to the Fleximoms Community
Workflex Readiness Certification on successful completion of Program
*After 1 and 3 months: individual follow-up session for course-correction

Program Fee: INR 11,200 (inclusive of taxes)

The program fee includes your pre-program assessment, two full days on-site workshop, workshop material, participant kit, two review sessions by faculty, preferred access to Fleximoms network and resources, automatic membership to the Fleximoms Community and Certification.

IMPORTANT : 2^nd Chance Programs will be conducted subject to minimum participation of 10 confirmed participants per scheduled program. If the minimum participation criterion is not fulfilled, your participation will be carried over to the next scheduled program in your city.

How do I register myself for the Program?
To register for the program, select the Program in your city and fill in your details in the online form on the right hand side column of this page.
To confirm your place in the program, you need to make a payment towards the Program fee. Payment procedures will be shared once you have expressed interest in the Program.
Will I be guaranteed a placement with an organization after doing this Program?
Jobs are posted by companies on the Fleximoms Job Board here – http://fleximoms.in/Jobs.aspx. You can apply directly to the employers.
The 2nd Chance Program has been especially designed for women professionals coming back to the workplace or transitioning careers, and seeking clarity, direction and tools to address their work / life solutions before getting into 'a job'. The 2nd Chance Program is an intensive and transformative process that leads to a realistic assessment of your own personal and professional situation particularly in the context of the current work landscape.
As a 2nd Chance alumni, you are a preferred member of the Fleximoms Community – we get to know your specific requirements and readiness and based on these do facilitate and recommend your candidature to a relevant opportunity, as and when it comes up. We are looking out for you – but are not recruiters and hence do not guarantee placements.
I have never worked? Can I still do something? Is this Program for me?
Yes, you can. The 2nd Chance Program is designed for clarity, direction, reality and workplace information. You could be at any stage – starting out, coming back to work after a break or making a transition.
I am over 50 years of age. Am I too old to participate in 2nd Chance? Is age a factor?
No. Age is not a factor for us at all and we’d like to help you believe that it shouldn’t be one for you either. The Program is not specific to age and hence, if you are looking to get back to work or want to find something that you would enjoy doing, then it's never too late to start.
What am I paying the cost fee towards?
Towards your own transformation through a Program designed, structured and delivered by experts in order to plan your next steps successfully. The fee also covers your pre-program assessment, two full days on-site workshop, workshop material, participant kit, two review sessions by faculty, preferred access to Fleximoms network and resources, automatic membership to the Fleximoms Community and Certification.
An investment in your-self is a valuable action that has a long-term impact.
What does the two day workshop involve?
The two day workshop takes you through multiple sessions on workplace landscapes, personal reflections and group work.
