The Career Advisory & Preparedness Intensive

Two one-on-one intensive sessions of 2 hour duration each, with Fleximom's experts. The sessions aim to help you assess your career and work-related challenges and choices and point you in the most relevant direction based on your personality preferences and interests, skills, experience and life context. Apart from psychometric profiling, the Fleximoms team will also discuss your next steps, suggest options while reviewing your area of work, define and discuss areas of preparedness that need your action based on your road map with a focus on your specific challenges, and guide you to seeking resources at the workplace. The experts share a detailed recommendation report with you. As a Fleximoms Alumni whose goals are then known to us closely - you do get preferred access to the opportunities on Fleximoms Job board.
